Preorders

REM London currently operates on a preorder model.
All products listed on our website are available for preorder. This means your item is reserved in advance and will be manufactured and shipped at a later date.

Our first dispatch window is scheduled for:

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item will not ship immediately
  • Production and dispatch will occur during the stated timeframe
  • Delivery times may vary depending on manufacturing and logistics

We will provide email updates throughout the production process and notify you once your order has shipped.


Shipping Timeframes (once dispatched)

After dispatch:

  • UK: 2–5 working days
  • Europe: 5–10 working days
  • International: 7–14 working days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order size.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

REM London is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses submitted at checkout


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Preorder Cancellations

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered production.

After 14 days:

    • Orders may still be cancelled before dispatch
    • A small processing/restocking fee may apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs

Once your order has shipped, it is treated as a standard purchase and subject to our returns policy below.


Returns (after delivery)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

      • Items must be unused
      • Unwashed
      • In original packaging
      • In resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will offer:

      • Replacement, or
      • Full refund, including shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used bedding or items that have been washed cannot be returned unless faulty.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
